Beat Beethoven

Ryan recently did a 5K called "Beat Beethoven."  The played the 5th Symphony and the runners tried to get to the end before the song ended.  It was a fun morning out for our family.  The kids and I climbed the hill really quickly after the start so we could cheer Dad on .

Kim made this cute little sign for him.  She put the mirror on it so it would be easy for him to see how he was doing.  :)

Afterwards, the kids enjoyed playing on the statues.

Then we went for ice cream at Cold Stone.  It was a great morning!  Good job beating Beethoven, Ryan!

Someone Had a Birthday

 We had a butterfly cake.  It was a fun birthday.  It's hard to believe that our little girl is 8.  She is getting so big!

We enjoyed a fun day of kite flying one windy day.   Look at this super-cute little guy!
